Gnocchi with sweet potatoes


Monday night's dinner:

Gnocchi with oven roasted sweet potatoes and toasted walnuts (seasoned with sage, salt and pepper)
Spinach salad with mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, red onion, tofu "feta" and vinaigrette
