Aiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeee!!!Nancy, my parents' house yesterday registered 112 Fahrenheit - in the SHADE. Their neighborhood lost power. I have no idea what it was today but it was up there in high F. again. Thankfully we had cloud cover so it didn't seem as inhumanely hot 'n' humid!Wishing you a cool night and a cool week ahead. Thanks for stopping in to post. I have missed you!
Oh my! I felt so fortunate today that the temps dropped a bit today (by maybe 5 degrees) to the low 90's. Plus, we finally got the air conditioning working in the rental property so I was feeling pretty cool. 120 is killer! Wishing you lots of shade and frosty beverages!
Yep. That's about what I'm used to. Yuck.
I don't know how you guys in Arizona can take this kind of heat all the time. We have AC so we are not uncomfortable here at home but I worry about people who don't have it :-(
Ouch! I remember my first day of school at Arizona State - 117 degrees and I wore a colored t-shirt. Boy did I feel stupid when I sweated through it walking to class - ICK! But, I stuck it out and learned to deal. Oh, by the way - I live in Minnesota now!! (much better)-Crystal
yea it's pretty hot here too:pTeddy
